The Two Part Treatment. 1. Mix together ? tbsp of honey, 2 sprinkles of salt and oregano leaves add 1 capful of vinegar and ? a finger of toothpaste. Gently massage this blend into clean washed skin and leave or 20- 30 minuets. 2. Remove with warm water and after 10 minuets apply plain toothpaste to acne affected areas and leave on overnight.
Tried yoga for acne yet? Well first let me say I started getting acne when I was 16 and breakouts continued tell I was 26. This was very frustrating and depressing. 2) Drink lots of water - Most people are not aware of the connection between dehydration and acne. When you skin's structure is weak, you will have the tendency to breakout. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also cut down on sodas and caffeine.
